Recruitment Procedure



On receipt of the requirement of the client, we advertise in the leading newspaper.
Apart from our up-to-date database we use special software package to help us constantly build our database on a daily basis.
Candidates can directly visit our website, view our vacancies and post their resumes. After this our panel of expert recruiter view the resumes on a daily basis, shortlist the qualified candidates and thus put them across to our clients.
The clients then send us a list of the candidates finally shortlisted by them. After this is done the shortlisted candidates are called upon personally, interviews are arranged in all major cities of Pakistan in consultation with the client.

A final list of selected candidates is then prepared. The selected candidates are informed accordingly and their medical checkups are arranged.
After completing all formalities and getting the final clearance from the client, candidates are made to go through our orientation program. The candidates then leave to take up their assignments abroad.
The entire process takes about 20-30 days depending upon the urgency of the requirement.
